- Discussion Question 2 (10 points)
- Prompt: How can a principal distinguish between a marginal teacher and an inexperienced new teacher? How will the administration’s response vary for each type of teacher? Indicate steps an administrator should take with marginal teachers that could lead to a solid dismissal.
- Requirements: Initial discussion question responses must be 250 – 300 words each. A response to a classmate must be at least 100 words. Three responses to classmates’ postings are required.
