- Produce a project implementation plan that presents a schedule of all tasks that would need to be completed to begin your project. Download and complete the Project Implementation Plan Example and develop a plan for your project based on the example. Do not just submit the template as your Implementation Plan as I know what is in it and that would affect your grade.
- Download and Use the Post-Mortem template, conduct a postmortem of your work to this point in the course. The goal of the postmortem is to identify 5 specific approaches that worked well for you during this project and 5 approaches you plan to improve the next time you are involved with a project’s implementation.
- Review and update your project deliverables from your assignments in Week 1 — Week 4, based on your completed postmortem and instructor feedback.
