Hi everyone, I’m currently working on a Management assignment about organizational change in mid-sized companies. The case study requires us to:

  1. Identify key factors that drive change in the organization.
     
  2. Analyze the impact of leadership styles on employee adaptation.
     
  3. Recommend strategies to manage resistance and improve performance.
     

I’m struggling to structure the analysis and connect theoretical models (like Lewin’s Change Model or Kotter’s 8-Step Process) with practical examples.

Could anyone provide guidance, sample frameworks, or tips on how to approach this assignment effectively? Any insights from real-world experiences or recommended readings would be greatly appreciated.
