The purpose of an abstract is to provide a brief but comprehensive summary of an article that you choose from one of the approved sources, only one article per abstract. You choose the article from one of the approved sources that pertains to Microeconomics (examples: Markets in Action, Different types of competition, Production, Antirust/Government Regulations, International Trade/Finance). The article can be no more than 5 years old. Composing an abstract serves an important function in that it forces you to analyze carefully the true nature of the material you are reading
